When will my rewards arrive?

You will receive your rewards after we process your enrollment. After you apply, CoolCents will verify your eligibility for the program and contact you if we have any questions. You’ll receive an email when your enrollment is complete.

Your $50 Virtual Prepaid Mastercard will then be sent to the email provided through your enrollment application 2 to 3 weeks after your eligibility is confirmed and you receive your welcome email. 

Your $5 bill credits will be applied to your June through September bills as long as you continue to participate in the program.

Note: There is a limit of two enrollment incentives per household. If you have already received two enrollment bonuses on the AES Indiana Marketplace, you will not be eligible for an additional CoolCents enrollment incentive.
