When can an event occur and how often?

There will be a maximum of 15 events all summer (June 1 – September 30), and they will only take place on weekdays (except in case of an emergency). A typical event may occur anytime between 12 p.m. and 6 p.m. Events will usually last no longer than four hours, and will not be scheduled during holidays or weekends, except in the event of a system emergency.
