How do I know when an event is occurring?

Prior to the event, we will send you an email to let you know it has been scheduled, including the date, start and end times. During the event, your thermostat and mobile app will display a notification that the event is taking place. You’ll also receive an email following the event letting you know the impact that your community made by participating. This email will also offer you the chance to provide feedback on the event.
